My preferred option going forward

My preferred option going forwardis that Fathom JVs.
They have more than enough acreage such that they will still retain 100% ownership of significant, highly prospective tracts.
If the JV arrangement comes good, Fathom´s 30%? will be very valuable indeed.....which I would be entirely happy with.
The alternative is significant dilution which may not affect those that can maintain their pro-rata shareholdings (or even increase it) but it will be damaging to everyone else.
Ian´s wish to not JV presently but raise $ at, say, 10c is going to be achieved exactly how?????? I just can´t see it.
