E3 Losing TalentThere is a taste of bad management here at E3 and I think it lands with Chris D. Robyn was not in that position very long and now is moving on. For a company this size, with most significant compensation is tied up in shares, a person leaves a lot behind when quitting as they leave a lot of equity behind. Chris is likely micromanaging everyone and its driving people crazy. People quit when they are not being heard and things are not moving the way they should.
I think Chris needs to leave this to a seasoned CEO and the board needs to identify this and remove him. As a shareholder, I continue to be concerned with the upper leadership of this company. Again, love the resource, not a fan of management.
