$8.5 milion deal

$8.5 milion deal

Now that is the kind of news we've been waiting for!

No word on the duration of the monitoring services included in the deal, but hopefully a contract that will lead to the interest of other major players to follow suit and a much-needed acceleration in revenue streams ...and hopefully/finally positive EBITDA and no more dilution after all those years of waiting, though one becomes cautious of "patterns".  Only time will tell.

If duration of the monitoring services is for more or less two years as they've typically been, this should lead to renewals since there does not appear to be "killer aps" in the market and it appears retention rate has been pretty good.

Adoption of the products and services finally truly ramping up is what everyone here has been wishing for for a long time.  Coming months/year will be interesting.
