(If), we get enough black powder to sell, then almost anyone can sell the stuff.

What we need is to have the plant running, NON - STOP, 24/7, 365 days a year.
We only have one more chance to do this with this R/O money. One more chance. Then we're dead if we can't do this. Period.

Question? If RGX fails to run the plant non- stop, 24/7 365 days a year, then are you willing to give more of your money to RGX for a 4th R/O?
