Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

Actually rational to the point where I don't take chances with my money any longer.
Always take the risk to reward ratio into account, and make my investment decisions from there.
With that in mind, yes, those holding GRB shares could make a fair chunk of change, IF everything goes right. So far, that doesn't seem likely.
