Why Doesn't Acceleware Do A Rights Offering

Why Doesn't Acceleware Do A Rights OfferingTo everyone at retail as was talked about in the past at .15 for 33,333,333 million shares and half warrants converted at a strike point of .30 or so whatever makes sense and just get on with it. It would put the dilution to about 170 to 180 million shares.

If the company strongly believes they have figured out a permanent solution to the problem then no point wasting anymore time. I am sure people at retail will be more than interested in taking part at this price and the dilution is not that bad.

This will be better than giving control away to people who clearly don't deserve it or get drawn into taking high interest baring loans.

Food for thought. Time is money and while I said I would wait for funding  and not do raises with people who will look to gain cheap shares and possible control why not give it to retailers  who I am sure don't want cheap buyout or reduce the probability of that happening. I am not interested in $2 to $10 a share. Is anyone else?

We paid the heavy price of nearly 2 years with dead money why should people stuffed with billions and can't fork out 5 million have any rights to getting something for next to nothing?

I liked the suggestion of a rights offering to shareholders. I think z suggested that after we were talking about financing what it would look like etc.

How badly can this go? The last one with the insiders failed miserably that was a kick in the nuts to be honest. I don't even know why they are here?

If the company makes it open to everyone even if they seek 25,000 investments which is quite typical they should have it open at the lowest 1000 so that others who may not have the bigger values can still take part and it will increase the chance and rate to successfully close the financing. I am confident that there will be many on this board who will be extremely interested in a 5 million raise at .15.

Just a thought
