RE:Why Doesn't Acceleware Do A Rights Offering

RE:Why Doesn't Acceleware Do A Rights OfferingAt $25,000 investment the company would need 200 people to close this out. I don't know how many individual retail shareholders are here but I would think more than 200 but it all begs the question who also has that type of change sitting around? I wish I could say I have $1000 sadly I don't and try to scrape and claw to make money elsewhere so I simply put these away and hold what I have  while not beating up on the company anymore than that I have for what has happened and how it all went down.

All I can do is hold what I have and scrape monies to buy in small chunks but I can't put that money into companies that will be dead money. Like I said all of us have waited nearly 2 years to see this thing back on track that is way too long. I was saying I would be patient relative to dilution as well as where this tech will possibly go and it clearly should not go to any offering a cheap buyout. Not worth less than minimum at the absolute lowest $40/share and that is still giving it away however this is based on the fact that there are multiple revenue streams I talked about each of which the tech is successful at oil and gas. natural gas, hydrogen, biomass, mining, sny and every plausible thing that can benefit.

Let's see where things go although I think a retail shareholders rights offering can be extremely well received and successful.
