TEVANO ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE FOR SUBSIDIARY AQUA-EO LTD
Tevano Systems Holdings Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary, Aqua-EO Ltd., an Alberta company, has changed its name to Canadian Prime Energy Inc.
This is the beginning of a new direction that Stephen Brown, the new CEO, is taking to become a unique holding company for groundbreaking technology software and applications within a broad spectrum of industries and markets.
"We have a plan where will develop applications both online and mobile apps within different fields of the Energy industry, touching all aspects from EV batteries to Social minded global organizations where they can communicate with each other. This is still within our plan to spin them off and operate autonomously once we believe they can function by themselves," said CEO Stephen Brown.
