We need an investor most likely a large LP with deep pockets. 

delta 9 would compliment an LP that wants high potency craft cannabis. D9 is going in that direction of high potency products. 

Auxly has been hovering at pennies per share for a couple of years now from their all time highs but have a partner with lots of money backing them. XlY AGM is June 28th and one proposal is a 50 to 1 share consolidation. Ouch. They do have 1.25 billion shares outstanding.
