So a Canadian company traded on TSX and head office is Calgary but vancouver on paper is having the AGM in the US? Could they p*ss on shareholders any more?.They dont even hide it now.

Simp , this AGM / date and location , is in my opinion Set by Design to hide from the retail investors. As I've stated before , been around a long time and have attended several AGM's and never felt this fabricated vibe from management before.
Never seen the beat of it !
Makes me wonder if this company isn't running a scam like the Sino-Forest public traded scam.
