RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Soaking up sharesRomulus: Let me spell it out once again. This time in plain terms. Peter has f.. all control over any deal. Sure, he can try to influence the BOD and whatever major or minor shareholders but in the end it comes down to the required 66.7% shareholder approval.
 
Contrary to popular belief, shareholders in public companies have the final say. Sadly many of them don’t know it or don’t care.
 
I am reasonably confident  that there are enough well informed XTRA retail investors who will cast their votes should some deal be put to a vote.
 
PS: As the house positions show, there is no capitulation on the retail side.
