ODDS & SODS & A FEW OTHR THINGSGreat news today on two fronts. Just further validation of the versatility of Pyro's technology.
A lot of information in these news releases to digest. I would like to address just one piece of information. It's contained in the HPQ release.
"The materials produced will be sent to several potential clients under nondisclosure agreements (NDA) for qualification," said Bernard Tourillon, President and CEO of HPQ Silicon and HPQ Silica Polvere. "These potential clients, who have expressed keen interest in our material, could become strategic partners in our journey. We aim to negotiate offtake agreements for our low-carbon fumed silica material with them, potentially covering both the material produced by HPQ Polvere's inaugural 1,000 TPY commercial-scale plant and the material produced by the pilot system."
I think BT is telling investors that in spite of minimal cash on hand that HPQ will keep on doing busness in the normal course. When a small company has winning technology, those that are keenly interested in it will do what's required to commercialize it ... it's tantamount to "if you build it, they will come." I love it!
One other thing. The institutional investors that will really move the share price are basically prohibited from investing in Pyro at this stage. Either because of internal regulations or government regulations, affected institutions are not allowed to hold shares in companies whose share price is below a certain amount (typically $4.00 or $5.00). So, be patient. I'm convinced the time is coming where Pyro's share price will exceed the minimum threshold ... then watch the big boys jump in!
Stay long and strong
