RE:RE:I Sent An Email To Geoff Asking Him to Consider

RE:RE:I Sent An Email To Geoff Asking Him to ConsiderI am not someone who ever has any huge chunks of money sitting around not even typically in my portfolio. When I had 72k invested in pennies I never came across any pps opened to retailers. When I had considerably less money I was invited to take part in an offering by naturally splendid as I was extremely favorable to the company kept in touch with it and was trying to get out and see the facilities...they dealt with hemp but my health was extremely bad so I couldn't make a bus ride down. Ir was willing to take $1000 but my whole portfolio was like 5k or so which included my naturally splendid shares but I didn't want to disturb any of my other shares and not sell my naturally shares and put whatever into the rights.

Several years later to my surprised I learnt that companies have their warrants listed in addition to their common shares. I have seen this with at best 2 or 3 companies but I just recall spectra 7 which I held some shares in. Same sort of deal I didn't want to disturb my shares and I am not a sophisticated investor not knowing theoretically and pragmatically how all that works. The warrants were lesser than the spectra shares by quite a bit. I think from my recollection it was like 7 to 10 spectra shares the warrants were like .025 that type of difference. Funny thing is people were trading them and I don't know how all that works but I gather clearly there was no 4 months hold period or that wouldn't happen.

Because I am nit too well versed with all this and I hardly have any significant chunks of money sitting outside of my portfolio I don't participate although a close family friend of my extended family who is management to many pennies said warrants are where the monies is it us hard to get rich trading stocks. I don't agree fully but it is true warrants have way less risk as they are typically discounted at least 20 percent and purchasing further shares with half warrants seem to be quite beneficial while people at retail continue to pay more and face the share drags as the warrants are exercised.

I don't know if I will ever take part it is not very likely but I can never say never. I just asked with the hopes that there will be lots of interest and that the company doesn't move towards others getting the tech although I am not as naive not to believe that those at retail will also include those who I don't want to get their hands on too many discounted shares. It is perception and optics I guess but also something where those who always wanted to take part but can't because the raises are typically closed off to "sophisticated investors" and not to everyone else at retail.

Let's see where all this goes?
