cant recall exact times. However was about 5 weeks.
agencies give guidance based on statistical & historical practices.
they could just as easy say....we have no idea.
However, based on previous filings & previous turn around, they can say, within 75 days.
studying statistics, one can assume more than 80% of respondents will be within 75 days.
Some more, some less, etc etc.
Even a simple residential real estate transaction. During back & forth negotiations, there will,be a clause.
must respond within xxx hours.
looking for an exact time/ date....
don't deal with government agencies.
