You may wish to get your facts in order before you post. EXRO was incorporated under the British Columbia Corporations Act. ("the BCA") and if you bothered to read the Company's articles you would have seen the following:
ARTICLE 10 MEETINGS OF SHAREHOLDERS Section 10.1 Annual General Meetings Unless an annual general meeting is deferred or waived in accordance with the BCA, the Company must hold its first annual general meeting within 18 months after the date on which it was incorporated or otherwise recognized, and after that must hold an annual general meeting at least once in each calendar year and not more than 15 months after the last annual reference date at such time and place, either in or outside British Columbia, as may be determined by the board.
Now everyone on this board recognizes you have a hate on for EXRO, and realize that you have an agenda that supports your personal gain. The source for that personal gain is the only question that remains unanswered.
