CommentIt is weird the degree to which the market has cooled on Quarterhill (and presumably similar small value + potential growth stories). A few months ago Q ran up over $2 largely on the insider buying.

Now we have more substantial insider buying plus good news out today . . . and the stock does pretty much nothing.

I'm sure Sock1 will tell us it's because there's something wrong with the company.

I'm comfortable Rusty knows what he's doing.
