RE:Saw this and I thought

RE:Saw this and I thoughtyouknowwhat,

"Wasting shareholders money" is exactly what Hugues Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes, Guillaume Jacq ET AL have been busy doing, i,e, wasting it on paying one another salaries and additional stock based employment  bonus compensation.
An exponentially increasing $8.7 Million in loss experienced during the previous quarter, whilst no graphite mining had been taking place and all these jackals had to do was to sell from graphite material inventory . . .
Suffice to say there is ample evidence to be presented which is clearly demonstrative of the may reasons why Hughes Jacquemin should be terminated "with cause" and unceremoniously tossed out on his rear end.

The problem would still remain though, i.e. exactly who would be foolish enough to assume the role of CEO for NGC, especially when it's now clearly considered by those in the know to be "a dead end" company which simply can not be operated profitably.
I've previously experienced with another company what happens next here with NGC. It's nothing good youknowwhat.

Dilution is the Solution for
Hugues Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes, Guillaume Jacq ET AL, collectively also known as "The Missionaries On Assignment" .

What's more, we also face the risk of a reverse split and then, following the once again incessant and quite profitable selling NGC.V shares short from a resulting much higher NGC.V share price campaign of course, an expected massive and immensely material issuance of NGC equities; thus completing the shifting, shuffling and dealing away of the equity control over NGC and the remaining assets.
It's either that or straight into CCAA proceedings the company's creditors would have the NGC taken into?

It would appear that nobody wants to buy NGC.V shares priced nearer to 50% discounted to NGC's book value per share price.
Alas, why would they when they can easily secure ownership of materially all of the assets of the corporation, as would be facilitated by way of a CCAA proceeding.
After all, that's likely what "Sprott" (Eric Sprott) has had in mind all along for the would be privately arranged for and designated purchaser or purchasers of the remaining NGC assets.

"The Missionaries On Assignment" and their lieges.
