Peter Bull announces that his company is selling 2,050,000 shares to reduce his interest in Adent to 9.8% on May 31st.

On June 5th Adentra announces a bought deal at $38.75 for 2,246,000 shares!

Do you believe in such a coincidence -- i don't!
