NGC MORNING BRIEF

NGC MORNING BRIEF

This can not be true can it? The Marco Zvanik that is NGC VICE PRESIDENT OF GLOBAL SALES

THE Marco Zvanik that was appointed to this position on June 30 2022 and made $106,980.00 from July 1 to December 31, 2022 plus share based compensation in the amount of $92,000.00 for total compensation of $$198,980.00 for six months. Source: June 9, 2023 SEDAR filing, Management Information Circular page 18

Can it be the Marc Zvanik that apparently flys private.
Who's relative or friend is he, possibly Hugues Jacquemin?

JUST SCROLL DOWN PAST HUGUES COMMENT AND YOU WILL SEE MARCO THE CIGAR KING

My question remains does the VICE PRESIDENT OF GLOBAL SALES for NGC have a side gig selling CIGARS or does Marco the CIGAR salesman have a side gig selling graphite?

Quote from Hugues

“Marco is exactly the person we were looking for in this role as we continue to grow and transform into a world leading global graphite company,” said Northern CEO Hugues Jacquemin. “By leveraging his global experience, combined with a deep understanding of the specialty materials industry, he will make a big difference for our customers and our company by helping to provide complete solutions to the market.”

I suggest the following:
Marco maybe very experienced in selling specialty materials. However, what experience does he have selling minerals?  Fairly vague statement Hugues.

Unfortunately, El Sol™ closed its doors in 2015 and the company's loyal customers had to start looking for another brand of cigar to smoke.  A long time customer, Marco Zvanik, simply could not find anything as good as an El Sol™, so in 2021, he decided to bring the company back to its former glory .  With the original recipe in hand, El Sol is now working with some of the Dominican Republic's best boutique tobacco producers to bring back the Premium El Sol™ brand.  You won't be able to find El Sol's in cigar shops as they are produced in small batches using only premium grade tobaccos.  For this reason, we only produce a certain quantity of El Sols each year.  When they are gone, they are gone.
