not really... Optioning teuton property is not the problem... Getting the right price for the option agreement is what is holding up the deals....

like why on earth would you allow someone to spend a couple of million dollars to get 50% of fiji or tonga.... Those two properties should be getting better terms than were received on the harry property. Look at their location. Look at the plethora of discoveries on the neighboring goliath and dolly varden properties.
