What do we know about HNRC?
1) They have a market cap somewhere between $2 million and $4 million!
2) Cash position is close to $0. $400 on last financials!!!!!
3) It is a Pink Sheet listed "company" that traded for $0.01 a share TODAY! What do we know about deal:
1) It is not a deal, just a non binding offer,
2) It is subject to Financing..........cuz HNRC has NO MONEY!!!!!
3) There is a fee payable to AMK if HNRC can NOT raise the money. What is the fee on a $200 million deal??? "up to" $115,000!!!!!!!!!! Yes, up to $115k. AMK has wasted a multiple of that already on this deal!!!!! THey even hired a big name and expensive law firm@@@
