RE:RE:RE:RE:3.5 CentsHow many 3.5 cent shares does it take to extinguish just half the debt? Almost 300 million.  Add that to the 194 million and you're at half a billion.  I just don't see much point in doing a reverse split without getting the share price above a dollar.  This penny stuff just reinforces the notion that these stocks are a joke.  But you may be right, a 1 for 50 may be a tad extreme as that would result in an almost too low of an o/s.  As for clowns, read your past posts on this and every other board and you'll see you more than qualify :-)
