Always, always, always visit a house being constructed as often as you can. Preferably everyday. Mistakes happen, some builders cheat, problems happen.

In this case, the CEO talked about bringing in a crew and building the houses in an industrial factory way.

I really wish these were factory-built houses, where the quality is guaranteed up front.
