LOL ... BUSTED !! If you go to the RIS web page it gives no"Management" info but scroll to the very bottom under "Contact", in fine print there is a gentleman listed as "Scott Taylor"  Gosh, wait, isn't that also the name of LITS CEO?

I am sure they just "forgot" to disclose that tidbit (unless I missed it in the NR) and will get around to issuing a clarifying News Release any hour now to straighten that out.  LOL
