Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Actually you are not right. Had nothing at all to do with what you have tried preaching, but you don't even realize it, yet fully prepared to boast.  Taking credit for something you didn't get right, sound familiar? Rumple/TJ hmmmmm.  Time for some inner reflection. While some of your posts have some value, I have to say, when you get it wrong, you do it grand fashion, nice try though. Sorry, I for one can't give you a passing grade. You post to "hear yourself talk" and when you get it wrong you sure don't like to hear it from anyone. Try again, I will let you know when you actually get something right. Learn how your theory applies to markets, without this ability you really have nothing...................other than boring conversations with yourself.
