TUO & AMK now have equivalent market caps, & other thoughtsI'm calculating TUO and AMK now have the same market caps at C $83 million after one day of trading, post Cunningham offer. TUD is lagging at $174 million vs the $250 million under 60/20/20. Of course, this doesn't take into account the free carry (and NSR for TUO), but serves as a point of reference.
I'm very curious to see how this all plays out. Obviously, the folks behind the Cunningham offer know the Treaty Creek property quite intimately. Can they raise sufficient funds to make this happen? If so, will AMK shareholders accept $0.43 per share? Will someone else step up? Will someone else take a run at Teuton?
The next 60 days will be fascinating. I expect there will be a major push in the markets and on the boards to hold Tudor down. Watch all the vermin ramp up the negativity. The game is afoot...
