RE:NGC MORNING BRIEFWOW, that is shockingly criminal compensation with ZERO performance. Does this Cam Birge have any integrity? Or he is just in the business of lining the pockets of his closest friends at the shareholder's expense?
Cam Birge do you even care about shareholders? Do you even care about this company? You are paying non producing, non performing, non executing executives gross amounts of money for what exactly? Why? Are you getting kick backs? Are you receiving free over seas holidays as a result of your over generous compensation in the absence of performance, and at the expense shareholder market cap destruction?
Those pay compensation numbers are disgusting Cam Birge. Can we the shareholders get an explanation Cam Birge? I have called the company three times FYI....no calls returned to date. I have emailed the chairman of the board, Missing in Action, Greg Bowes....no answer. Appears no one is picking up the phone or checking their in box.

I certainly do not blame the 3 executives named above for taking that amount of compensation. I do blame the compensation committee for awarding that amount of compensation before seeing any results in the way of performance by these executives.

CAM BIRGE sounds like a SNAKE if this is how he acts as a board member grossly compensating executives in the absence of performance.
CAM BIRGE needs to go. ZERO integrity has no place in this company Cam BIRGE.
Too much incompetence for too long from this group. They have destroyed our market cap, diluted our positions, spent millions on salaries and compensation. Where is the integrity Cam Birge? Where is the fiscal accountability Cam Birge? Where is the justification for all your useless hires Cam Birge?
