Exciting Times!!Morning everyone,
I think it's great that we are moving forward and it finally looks like the buyout we had all been waiting for is finally happening.. My concern is that I almost feel like we may be taken advantage of by management. Cunningham seems like a solid company with what I think is a great business model, I truly believe tokenization is the future based on rising mining costs, and ever increasing environmental regulations.
My concerns are that we have insiders (Mcrae and Pownell that I know of) involved in this new company. It seems to me that if you were already involved in the company then why not continue due course and build shareholder value. This deal appears to be self serving for former directors, management of AMK.. There is no reason at this point to sell. Powell knows the strength of the project as well as anyone because he's been drilling it out since the begining (his company is More Core Drilling)
We have a fully carried interest in this project. Markets are down, I get it l, but gold is way up and we are all waiting for the Jrs to catch up. I think we're leaving cash on the table with this proposal. I would much rather shares in Newmont, Seabridge, or Tudor at todays prices then what we're looking at here. Why the rush??
