I live in Courtenay and we have our share of the problems you mention, Westcoast.
I'm not convinced that the cause is one or even two guys (as you do) I think it's way more complicated than that....just as I think the solution is more complicated than electing one particular fella. I can report that we have seen an improvement lately and there's more to come in a shelter and resources being built this year. There's light on the horizon...
