Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The scenario you made up and repeated ad nauseam was re: the FDA reviewing the numbers at 90 and an early approval.

You can now try and sidestep your history and instead argue that you were just shilling an "early buyout", but we were all here.. and there's dozens of posts in your history that don't back you up.
