RE:The Question.What is the exact source for the claim that DOD added a 5th element? Is that just Mark "Mr. Honesty" MacDonald privately telling Dragon "Gets Every Detail Correct" smyth7? From what I recall of the recent webinar, the CFO made it sound like it was Ucore's decision to delay the DOD contract work, and didn't mention anything about DOD adding a 5th element or any new requirements or milestones.

It appears that the webinar is still not posted. The only interesting part was the 5 or so minutes of Q&A at the end.
