Mr Garafolo

Mr GarafoloAll Mr Garafolo has accomplished is the downward trajectory of GROY share price. The annual meeting is coming up.I have voted my proxy against reelection of the directors.Glen Mullan exchanged shares in RZZ AND GZZ for GROY shares .I am sure he now regrets that decision in view of the poor performance of GROY share price.
RZZ was a much better managed Royalty company by Ian Ball. They were patient and just bought royalties that they could afford and paid a small dividend and bought back shares .Its performance was excellent .GROY under Mr Garafolo has done the opposite ,trying to expand the company too quickly and diluting the number of shares out and borrowing money .The net result has been catastrophic for the share price.
