The Company’s projects include Treaty Creek and Austruck-Bonanza. The Treaty Creek Project covers approximately 114 square km in the Skeena Mining District of northern British Columbia and is situated approximately 70 km north of Stewart. The Austruck-Bonanza Property is located within the Kamloops Mining Division 53 kilometers north-west of the city of Kamloops in south central British Columbia. The Austruck-Bonanza Property is underlain by Devonian to Triassic Harper Ranch formation comprised of fine grade sedimentary rocks including mudstone and shale and includes basaltic volcanics. The Company holds 100% interest in the Austruck-Bonanza Property and 20% interest in the Treaty Creek project.

I was about to post the same words JetStream / No matter how you cut it AMK is still 20% of TUD no matter what and TUO does not change that / Add the reality that the majority here would vote against a deal is a vote of confidence once more in spite of market weakness / the bit is speaking loudly / Enough billionairese in Vancouver to take this single handed and my guess is that backing is in place or AMK would not have taken this offer!!

Larry, you aren't making any kind of sense...If this is a sham and is going to do the damage you say, why would you re invest in ANY of the three amigos??? You are contradicting yourself.....
