Blue Sky Uranium Corp. is a uranium and vanadium exploration company. The Company controls more than 480,000 hectares with the potential for uranium resources in Rio Negro, Chubut, Neuquen, and Mendoza provinces. Its projects include the Amarillo Grande Project, the Sierra Colonia Project, the Tierras Coloradas Project, Cerro Parva Project, Corcovo Project, and Chihuidos Project. The Company's flagship Amarillo Grande Project is located in central Rio Negro province, in the Patagonia region of southern Argentina. The Corcovo Project is comprised of two adjacent exploration properties totaling approximately 20,000 ha at the northeastern edge of the Neuquen basin. The Chihuidos project is comprised of six exploration property units totaling almost 60,000 hectares located 60 kilometers (km) west of Anelo city. The Sierra Colonia project includes 100% ownership of more than 28,470 hectares in the central-eastern part of Chubut Province.

RE:Interesting...I agree with your points... certainly juniors are in a weak negotiating position these days.  We are in a UUU bull market and don't move up... so rather than constantly diluting this is a great way to go.  YOu end up with 20% fully carried... pretty good for a tiny junior.  

It also shows that this is not just another junior promoting a hole in the ground, a large company is ready to pour bug money in and get it done, and the bull market could make that 20% in production very valuable.  The market cap is like $20m Cdn now.... the whole project could be worth a lot more than 100m.

The company has no mining experience it seems... a concern but they are big and also know the country, so should know what they are doing and will hire the right people.   i am not sure companies with no experience want to start doing business in Argentina... so their partners options are more limited.

I think it's great news as otherwise we just muddle along raising money and spending it and hoping.  Hopefully they can get it completed and signed off.
