RE:Mr MarrketOr do they try to control the price? Maybe than tell you a bunch of lies. So then all the people with week minds sell with fear. Here everybody let's try a little excerise.
What has changed about amk in the month of june?
Should I go to stock house and trust anonymous people on the internet, who could be bots for all I know. "Ps I don't think you sound like bots, but I'll just keep my thoughts to my self because I'm capable of that at times"
So what's changed?
Let's go to the news release and see what amk has to say.
American Creek" or the "Company"), announces that it has entered into a non-binding and arm's length letter of intent dated June 5, 2024 (the "LOI") with Cunningham Mining Ltd. ("Cunningham"), a private British Columbia corporation, to engage in due diligence and negotiations regarding the terms of a proposed transaction
Let's everybody stop and think for yourself what this statement sounds like.
Entered a non binding agreement
(So either party can exit the deal)
If the parties agree to proceed with the Proposed Transaction, the Company expects the Proposed Transaction will be carried out by way of a court-approved plan of arrangement
(If they both choose to go forward with the deal, they will enter into a new arrangement)
Sounds like they want to pay us with cash at the rate of $.43 cents to be exact.
(I don't think I need to interpret that do I?)
The LOI is non-binding and there can be no assurance that the Proposed Transaction contemplated by the LOI, or any other transaction, will be completed. Closing is subject to a number of conditions and uncertainties described below.
(So it may not happen inless a bunch conditions and uncertainties are met)
(Hey look a well thought out comment right from the horses mouth.)
Darren Blaney, CEO of American Creek, stated: "We are excited that Cunningham has recognized the value and the potential of the Treaty Creek Property despite the tough junior market conditions we are currently experiencing. We believe this proposed transaction may provide not only a liquidity event for our longstanding shareholders, but also represents an opportunity for shareholders to potentially realize a 250% plus premium to the present market valuation of their equity in the company. We look forward to working with Cunningham to finalize a definitive agreement in due course that protects and provides value for our shareholders."
(He thinks this is our best way to get value from amk right now or if we're hard up for cash this will provide us cash. He also doesn't seem to thrilled about price.)
If you haven't realized what I'm doing, I'm trying to simplify everything and put it in my own words. We can't trust anonymous people or bots on the internet.
Think for yourself, simplify, put in your own words. If you can't do that you don't understand things very well and need more knowledge. It's never a good time to trust internet people. You need to rely on your own abilities to think for yourself.
Now turn off the fear aka block people if needed. I prefer not to block. I like to here every little bit of every little thought or word someone spits. So I can use my head to judge them.
And I broke the number 1 rule of the internet I made a post too long to help those who need it. Because they refuse to pay attention if it's gonna take to much work.
That and I believe the formatt gets all wanky when posting from cell here.
