A few comments about this. First there are "some" truths to this.....unfortunately. Secondly, company would be probably better off if they get rid of Jason "PokerPuke" NoLess and find a more competent, knowledgeable CEO. Riot's past is marred by questions decisions & scandals. Though they've cleaned the slate clean & improved their image with the latter, the former still hangs around like a bad stink.

Why? Because of GREED & mismanagment! I like the company "operationally" but mgmt stinks to high heaven and has been so since the start. Salaries are sky high & they are completely overpaid, the bonuses & incentive packagesare totally REDiculous and cloudies their judgement like it hasdone with this so called *hitty "SFarms" TO.

BUT.....i STILL like the company on a"valuations" basis......and no one can argue with that andthe main reason WHY i'm still a holder.....There's something to be said for having ~9k coins on the BS....as Bitcoin runs to 100K......8)

"regardless, i am no in support of riot taking over bitf at their suggested price"

We both agree on this BUT for VERY different reasons. You believe it's a bad deal that severely undervalues SFarms worth.....i on the other hand just think its a bad deal altogether for Riot & Riot s/h. ...Imo, Riot has much better options than this S deal, and much better assets it can aquire through wither M&A or oraganic growth.

"so i am bit suprised with the negative senetiments towards it! do you have any additional information since youre aholder? thx"

This is simple enough to explain.  When you take into account Riot's past history & issues along with mgmt's VERY questionable decisions... AND ....IF you KNEW or i tell you the REAL reason why this deal is being done.....you'd be REAALLY peeved off as well as a Riot holder......just like i am......8)

Hope this clarifies my point .......
