Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. Could simply be the trail subjects are slowly being cherry picked...IDK how real world results and a 5 year timeline on a very small trial go together.

This is not projection, it's fact.
