The Company has also entered into a mineral right purchase agreement to acquire approximately 100% interest the Floralia DSO Iron Ore Project. The Floralia DSO Iron Ore property is located 120-km east of the city of Belo Horizonte in the State of Minas Gerais, Brazil.

Shocking would be an understatement. More like catastrophic. Yesterday,  I emailed Tim McNulty at Max Resources to get his take on the monumental sell-off since shares resumed trading last Friday, but have yet to hear back from him.

When things stabilize....and they still haven't, I intend to make the best of a really bad situation by picking up more shares in order to average down my acquisition costs. Management really should issue a news release and to address the current situation. Management's number 1 responsiblity is after all....to increase shareholder value.
