If a third party presents a bona fide offer for GEM after Volt exercises the option,
GEM has the option to buy back the Property Option.

Lots of prime lands - high grade graphite 16.5% - 17%
500k - 600k tonnes ( starters )

In my own estimation ( comparing peers )
I'd say GEM has the preferred greasy graphite.
