Evolve Canadian Banks and Lifecos Enhan Yd In Fd A T.BANK

The Evolve Fund seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible before fees and expenses, up to a 1.25 times multiple of the performance of the Solactive Canadian Core Financials Equal Weight Index, or any successor thereto, while mitigating downside risk. The Evolve Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by borrowing cash to invest in and hold a proportionate share of, or a sampling of the constituent securities of, the Index in order to track up to approximately 1.25 times the performance of the Index. In order to achieve its investment objective and to obtain direct or indirect exposure to the Constituent Securities of the Index, the Evolve Fund may hold the Constituent Securities of the Index in approximately the same proportion as they are reflected in the Index or may hold securities of one or more exchange traded funds that replicate the performance of the Index, or a subset of such Index.
