Legality Mexico is bound by certain legality issues as being part of nafta. If they want to leave NAFTA and go it alone that is a totally different issue. US and Canada iare currently near shoring a LOT of business to Mexico. (From China) if the govt wants to screw their people out of this so be it. Otherwise they have to play by the legal platforms in place. If you invest in a foreign govts business you do so with certain understandings. If they want to grant you permits to drilll and define a deposit then prohibit a mine. Then they will need to compensate that company and those investors. This progressive orgy and high fiving is going to come at tremendous cost to Mexico and to its PEOPLE yesss the ones that voted for the hand outs. There are no handouts ever. Just promises to get into power. Kiss the peso and near shoring goodbye and welcome the cartels with open arms. Mexico either promotes business and privatization (as she said in her election speech) or it doesn't and Mexico's 18% yearly growth will go to negative 18%. Claudia needs to ditch this C plan and use her scientist mind and be a great leader of Mexico. The more she does the dirty work of a very decisive AlMO. The more Mexico will Fall. We do not hold wallpaper. We hold legal obligations to mine in Mexico, if they change that Canada and US will demand reparations and compensation. Shes in for a nasty mess if she continues down the ALMO legacy line. Just saying.
