HPQ Sillica Inc

HPQ Sillica Inc Now that PYR has a 50 % ownership stake,  how will this work regarding shareholders of both companies.  I recall reading one of the CEOs stated that they will be working on share distribution.  Do they intend to spinoff HPQ Sillica inc and award shares to HPQ and PYR shareholders ? Any info on this would be appreciated.
