The Company owns certain wholly owned mining claims known as the LMS Gold Project (the LMS Property), together with certain personal property. The LMS Property is situated approximately 20 kilometers (km) north of Delta Junction, and 150 km southeast of Fairbanks, Alaska in the Goodpaster Mining District. The LMS Property, located in Alaska, remains at an early stage of exploration with limited annual on-site activities being conducted by the Company.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Gamble I am betting we come out on top depending on how everything plays out & I feel we made the correct play getting the financing required for a joint partnered bid .FJ Management associated with HYLN-Q Deep pockets so we will do o.k. We shall all know July 15th. That is the stock could surge so others like me who bought more see upside in GRZ. This may be a very good bet buying stock as I did May 29th on the news release by GRZ.
