Lithium mining in Mexico

Lithium mining in Mexico Since nationalized. Zero. You can't get private business expertise to participate if you keep all the money. It would be more efficient to just promote it and increase your royalty percentage. Claudia promises this new innovative extraction technique "discovered" by petro companies. Mobiles DLE ( direct lithium extratraction.  Well it's basically fracking! They discovered lithium in the fracted brine water. So if your constitutional ban on fracking and open pit goes thru Lithium production in the great Sonora nationalization will again be zero. Again there are no laws in Mexico banning open pit! Just a policy decision by the executive branch to not approve any permitting. A 6 year de-facto ban on open pit since Lopez took office in 2018. The mining industry has been waiting for change. I want to know who wins anything by these policies except the drug cartels.
