Worst Case Still Kicking Around Scenario

Worst Case Still Kicking Around ScenarioThe company has no option but to dilute and overly does so getting into 400 million oustanding shares pays of the debt continues to grow sales stablizes and trades high of .10 to .12 starting from .015 or .02 struggling first to get back to these levels. People will have wasted time and near term hopes of a buyout and fast spike gone.

The dust settles we deal with the reality and go back to the same old same old averaging out the position and take some profit when we see it and business as usual then a decision to consolidate bring the shares back down maybe 20 to 1 and try to move towards the main exchange or whatever.

While 5 million doesnt seem like a lot it is when companies are not well capitalized and there are few viable options good being relative here.

Lets see what happens. I am glad i didnt bet the farm here. Like i said if this ended up badly well i have $75 roughly at stake ends well i wont regret not holding more. My portfolio is taking a beating so i could not afford to take a bigger risk. So far every gamble i made on "buyouts" in pennies has failed...three or four times.

But who knows maybe this one bucks the trend? I will not say anything beyond this and what the post is about. It just means if a deal is not reached it isnt all doom and gloom despite a possible heavy dilution to possibly handle whatever debt it can and stop from having it grow even more...only a few ways to deal with this non dilutive dilutive equity financing combination of both its just business every stock will need to finance  (ongoing) and get back to business
