RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:So It Was A Head Fake.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:So It Was A Head Fake.It is NOTcommon practice to grant a bidder with $0 on a $200 million NON BINDING expression of interest with a clause like that.  What your state is not in line with industry practice.  Even worse, the Financing Failure fee, which is very vague and only kicks in if bidder makes a binding offer, is for up to $115,000.  That is nutso.   Not that AMK gonna collect a dime...........

AMK just gave Cunningham a lottery ticket for $7M with a probabliliy of paying off somewhere in the 25% to 50% range.  Where can we buy a lottery ticket like that?!??!?!?!?!?

That's 7 million clause is a common stipulation as is the contract. It's only there if another company comes in with a higher offer and we don't pay it, the company with a higher offer pays it.

Don't fall for all the filth...it is their goal to maintain total domination on our boards.

I'll know who you are Larry...but you'll never know who I am...yes, I'll be there.
