The REIT properties are strategically situated in urban areas, generally in close proximity to public transportation. Its France properties include Gaia, Arcueil, Delizy, Metropolitan, Sabliere, and Baldi. Its Germany properties include Trio, Kosching, Neu Isenburg, Stuttgart, Bad Homburg, and Duisburg. Its Spain property is Delgado. The INOVALIS S.A. acts as the manager of the REIT.

Yes. Sentiment driven now with few buyers. All these Reits are priced for a big fat zero. But, if they survive, the gains can be large. My Bombardier shares went all the way to 26¢ ($6.50 post split) before it bottomed. Now it's one of my best winners.
