RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:So It Was A Head Fake.JS,
You are the one rantin about it being no big deal for AMK to give away $7M to god knows who...
I have focussed on the facts and valid questions. Yes So what are the questions? - who are Cunningham Natural Resources and Cunningham Mining? - What financial resources do they have? - as HNRC is public, what is its market cap? - when was the last time HNRC files financial statements with the SEC? -How are they going to raise $200 million? - why is an unknown entity with limited to 0 resources being given an "exclusive" in return for NOTHING --why is their no break fee if they decide not to proceed with deal Why are they getting paid $7 million if there is no deal but AMK does a deal with someone else in the next year - why is there such an irrelevant financing failure fee of "up to $115,000" if they proceed but cant raise the money??? - why did AMK not do a PP with them at $0.43/share for 1% to 10% of the company to show good faith????? If they like the company so much why would they not commit to do this?? -What to we know about the history of these entities? Have their been fraud or malfeasence allegation made against them in the past? - why do they have so many news releases that talk big, have very little detail, and then the things talked about fade into oblevioun -Who runs these entities? -Why is Ryan Cunningham running both entities? I have asked many more questions beyond this I have also provided anwers and/or thoughts on some of these questions based on the information that is currently available to us If that upsets you, thats your problem I dont know why it would Jetstream1281 wrote: So you have no AMK shares, but you post ALL DAY about a potential 1.5 cent differece/share (which you don't own remember) that will only happen if we ACTUALLY get bought out....which is what we're all here for in the long run anyway....
Something isn't adding up here....
