The BIG picture

The BIG pictureHole 23-21 encounted a Quartz diorite (white granite) which is steeply dipping to the west.  That is probably the source/root stock of the Leviathan copper porphyry system.  Hole 23-26 was too far to the west and missed it altogether.  Hole 23-05 only caught late stage dykes.

There is a large, shallow, westward dipping thrust fault which separates the Seven devils volcanics from the Hercules rhyolite.  This means that the eastern half of the IP survey area was once underneath the Hercules rhyolite.  Quartz Diorite outcrop has been found east of hole 23-21.  Presumably it came from deep down, underneath 23-21.  All of the Copper showings in the
eastern half of the IP survey area fit the mineralization around the Leviathan porphyry at depth which have been thrust faulted to the surface.

Results to date suggest that the Leviathan porphyry copper system is large (many square kilometres), copper bearing and part of it has been brought to surface.  That isn't a bad start.

Where does this late stage hypogene Bornite mineralization fit into the picture?  Good question.  All we know is that it is thickening to the NW.  I'm guessing that it came from a second porphyry centre to the NW but I doubt that anyone knows..

There is a lot of market focus on holes 24-01,02 and 03 as if they will make or break the property.  Bull****!  They already have a huge Copper porphyry system independent of
holes 24-01,02 and 03.  If holes 23-04,05 and 06 are to the south of 23-05 then they are right on top of it.

i am as curious as anyone what these 25 holes are going to reveal over the next 9 months.  I have big hopes for
24-01,02 and 03 but they don't make or break the property or my investment in BIG.  Further details pending ....
