"The Missionaries On Assignment", had always been prepared to and expected by their respective privately operating business friends ET AL to massively and materially dilute repetitively lied to and long targeted NGC "minority" equities investors (i.e. "the plantiffs") entirely out of the remainder of what has already been a nearer to entirely annihilated equity investment value.
Hugues Jacquemin supposedly stated he was "invited to a meeting at the White House with Battery Producers, OEMs and North American Graphite producers to discuss how to rapidly Scale the Domestic Graphite Anode Supply Chain."
By the way, Vladimir Putin and the majority of "real Russians" have a special name for the White House.
Hugues Jacquemin isn't going to be providing any answers nor suggesting any solutions on behalf of specifically U.S. based graphite bearing lands developers and would be graphite miners.
Heck, Hugues Jacquemin can hardly speak for Canadian based graphite bearing lands developers and would be 42,000 tpa capacity SPCG anode component materials manufacturing operations integrating graphite miners.
After all, Northern Graphite Corporation doesn't sell much or any upgraded battery grade graphite material to any battery component materials manufacturers.
What's more, whatever remains of NGC's closer to entirely depleted historical graphite reserve is sold off to NeoGraf Solutions LLC and/or any other willing buyer, so as to cover financial obligations owed by NGC to "Sprott", that company Greggory Bowes "consults", Heraeus Group, etc; and let's not forget in order to cover the far too out of control and entirely unwarranted expenses relating to the salaries and equities based additional employment compensation awards as well.
One could suggest Hugues Jacquemin can be likened to a far too well fed "Sus scrofa"; and so too are the other NGC 'Missionaries On Assignemt".

I'd suggest for you that Nouveau Monde Graphite officers and directors have been "making it happen" all along; i.e. Hugues Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes, Guillaume Jacq, ET AL have been busy ensuring that the NGC.V share price is incessantly annihilated and NGC "minority" equities investors are made to lose what now remains of our respective equity investment value.
